Kore is a fitness tracking application that provides:

• AI-generated personalised workout plans

• Food and nutrition tracking via barcode scanning, image recognition, and text search

• Health metrics tracking including steps, water intake, weight, and calories

• Weekly progress reports and workout history

  The App is designed to assist you with general fitness tracking. It is not a medical device, and the information provided should not be considered medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any fitness or nutrition programme.

To use Kore, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration

• Maintain the security of your password and account

• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided is found to be inaccurate, false, or in violation of these Terms.

Subscription Plans

Kore offers auto-renewable subscription plans that unlock premium features. Details of available plans and pricing are presented within the App before purchase.

In-App Purchases (iOS)

When purchasing through Apple's In-App Purchase system:

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.

• Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price.

• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Account Settings on the App Store after purchase.

• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Web Purchases

When purchasing through our web checkout (powered by Stripe):

• Payment is processed securely by Stripe.

• Your subscription automatically renews unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period.

• You can manage and cancel your subscription through the Manage Subscription feature within the App, which opens Stripe's secure customer portal.

Price Changes

We may change subscription prices from time to time. Any price changes will take effect at the start of the next billing period following the date of the price change. Your continued use of the App after a price change constitutes your agreement to pay the updated amount.

Refunds

For In-App Purchases, refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policies. To request a refund, visit https://reportaproblem.apple.com. For web purchases made through Stripe, please contact us at the email address below.

Kore uses artificial intelligence to generate workout plans and estimate nutritional information. You acknowledge and agree that:

• AI-generated workout plans are based on the information you provide and general fitness principles. They are not a substitute for professional personal training advice.

• Nutritional estimates from food image recognition and text analysis are approximations and may not be fully accurate. Barcode-scanned data is sourced from third-party databases and may contain errors.

• You are solely responsible for verifying the suitability of any workout or nutrition information for your personal circumstances.

• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI-generated content.

Kore provides fitness and nutrition tracking tools for informational purposes only. By using the App, you acknowledge that:

• You should consult a physician or qualified healthcare provider before starting any exercise programme, changing your diet, or if you have any concerns regarding your health.

• You assume all risks associated with your use of any fitness or nutrition information provided by the App.

• We are not responsible for any injury, illness, or health issue that may result from your use of the App or reliance on information provided within it.

• If you experience any pain, dizziness, or discomfort during exercise, you should stop immediately and seek medical attention.

If you choose to connect Kore to Apple HealthKit:

• You grant Kore permission to read health data (step count, calories burned) from Apple Health.

• This data is used solely to display your health metrics within the App.

• You can revoke this permission at any time through your device's Settings.

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the App or its systems

• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App

• Upload or share any content that is harmful, offensive, or violates any third party's rights

• Use the App to harass, abuse, or harm other users

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App

• Use automated systems or bots to access the App

• Share your account credentials with others

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Kore and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any part of the App without our prior written consent.

You retain ownership of any data you input into the App, including workout notes, food logs, and profile information. By using the App, you grant us a limited licence to use, process, and store this data for the purposes of providing and improving the service.

You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us. For more information on how we handle your data, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

The App integrates with third-party services including Apple HealthKit, Stripe, RevenueCat, Supabase, Perplexity AI, and FatSecret. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of these third-party services.

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kore and its directors, employees, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use of or inability to use the App

• Any unauthorised access to or alteration of your data

• Any content or conduct of any third party within the App

• Any other matter relating to the App

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to the use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Kore and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the App or your violation of these Terms.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect, either through the App or via email. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Kore regarding your use of the App and supersede any prior agreements.
